Interval training meets bodybuilding. These are the movements and training splits you're familiar with: chest and back, shoulders and arms, legs, etc.
Most sessions range from 40-60 minutes - that includes the warm-up, workout, and cool down.
Equipment needed:
2-3 pairs of Dumbbells
Pull-up bar or TRX/Rings
Bench or Plyo Box
Resistance Bands

GENERAL PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS
M O V E
Leave the gym feeling invigorated, not exhausted.
MOVE is a fitness program designed to get you off the couch, out of the office, and into a better quality of life.
You’ll spend 10-15 minutes focusing on controlled, methodical, strength-based exercises, then transition into 20-30 min. of moderate-to-high intensity interval training.
Equipment needed:
2-3 pairs of Dumbbells
1-2 Kettlebells
Pull-up bar or Rings/TRX
Bench or Plyo box

PERFORMANCE
P E R F O R M
Feel athletic and dominate on the field, at the office, and out in real life.
PERFORM was inspired by Derrick's experiences in NCAA Division 1 strength and conditioning at the University of Pittsburgh, sport performance training, and CrossFit.
The program consists of 2-3 strength days and 2-3 conditioning days, totaling five training days per week.
Equipment needed:
Full gym
(i.e. barbell, squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bar, bench, rings/trx, plyo box, etc.)
