We assess flexibility & mobility, muscular strength & endurance, and conditioning level

This helps us build a custom training plan that actually fits your body and goals.

Step 3: Schedule Your Sessions

You’ll use our app to book your workouts.

Schedule up to 2 weeks in advance and choose from sessions with up to 3 available spots.

All sessions are 60 minutes

Step 4:
Start Training

You might be training solo or alongside 1–2 others.

You’ll follow your own custom program and your coach will float between clients, offering real-time feedback/
guidance.

Think of it as the personalization of 1-on-1 training, with the energy and support of a small group.
