CUSTOM is our one-on-one virtual training program. It is specific to your experience, injuries/limitations, equipment, schedule, and most importantly, your goals. You are the one and only priority.

Initial assessment

In order to measure progress, you need baseline data, which is exactly why we conduct initial assessments:

Weekly virtual check-ins with your coach

One-on-one, facetime with your coach. The possibilities are endless:

  • Questions
  • Technique analysis
  • Program modifications
  • Assessments and evaluations
  • Goal setting

Complete guidance from start to finish

  • You'll know exactly what to do
  • You'll know when to work, when to rest, and how long it should take to complete the sets, reps, and/or rounds.
  • You'll know the purpose of every exercise

A training schedule specific to

  • Depending on your goal, you may train two, three, or even five times per week
  • Your training sessions may last 30, 45, 60, or even 90 minutes
  • You'll be able to view 4-8 weeks of your program in advance
  • You'll be able to plan your training around your life, not the other way around

    What happens if I start the program and decide it’s not for me?

    Our Build and Move programs are billed monthly, and you're free to cancel whenever you want. Just email hello@trainballistic.com at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date and we will cancel the membership for you, no questions asked.

    What happens if I need to pause/freeze my membership?

    We offer up to a four-week hold on your membership, so you can take that trip or grind through a busy time at work without worry.

    Do you offer couples or family discounts?

    Yes we do! We offer a spouse/family membership plan for $19/month for the second active member to be set up with their own TrainHeroic profile and access to additional, member-only features.
