Genesis 

The Precursor to BUILD, MOVE, and PERFORM.

Prior to enrolling in our fitness programs, we recommend that you have at least six months of weight training experience.

What if you’re athletic and fit, but don’t have that resistance training experience?

No problem! We created Genesis with you in mind!

Genesis is your origin story.

Genesis is a training program designed to establish baseline levels of fitness, knowledge, and skill. You’ll learn the “why” behind our programs, how to safely and effectively perform foundational exercises, and what to expect as you transition to BUILD, MOVE, or PERFORM.

Genesis provides:

  • Complete guidance from warm-up to cool down
  • Coach Instructions and explanations
  • Videos of every exercise
  • A manageable and flexible training schedule
  • Intelligently engineered workouts that introduce and provide adequate opportunities to practice exercises and refine your technique
  • Mobility and flexibility blocks to ensure you’re recovering properly
  • 4-5 training sessions per week

Genesis has two, eight-week variations to select from:

Level 1
Beginner - you have little to no experience in the weight room

Level 2
Intermediate - You’ve been around the block, but it’s been awhile, you’ve mastered the some of the basics (Squat, Bench, Deadlift), but your calisthenics,
conditioning, and power movements could use some work

Ash and I, as well as MANY folks in the BP family, have been in your shoes:

Revelation is a training program designed to revitalize, educate, and demystify. You’ll learn about the importance of position and mechanics, the power of work-to-rest ratios, and the potency of intensity. You’ll move better, spend less time in the gym, and most importantly, FEEL BETTER.

Gone are the days of “Strength + Metcon,” blacking out on Burpees, and questioning whether or not you’ll be able to train tomorrow.

Revelation provides:

  • Complete guidance from warm-up to cool down
  • Coach Instructions and explanations
    Videos of every exercise
  • A manageable and flexible training schedule
    Intelligently engineered workouts that introduce and provide adequate opportunities to practice exercises and refine your technique
  • Mobility and flexibility blocks to ensure you’re recovering properly
  • 45-60 minute training sessions x 5 days per week

Pull-up Pursuit

Pull-up Pursuit is designed to move you closer toward your first Pull-up, 10 consecutive reps, a set of 30, or anywhere in between.

This is an eight week, two days per week accessory program that utilizes linear periodization to promote progress and adaptations.

This is how you make progress on Pull-ups.
