Every week, you’ll get personalized feedback, motivation, and direction through voice memos. It’s like having a coach in your corner every step of the way.
Daily Training in the TrainHeroic App
Access one of our two training tracks, built around your goals and lifestyle:
FORGE – 3 or 4 day per week hybrid strength and conditioning program focused on building strength, maintaining fitness, and improving energy through structured aerobic work.
ASCEND – 4 or 5 day per week program that blends strength, conditioning, and functional athleticism for those who want to look, feel, and perform better in everyday life.
Inside the app, you can send videos for form checks, message your coach directly, track workouts and progress
