What is Prime?

PRIME is a FREE six-week minimal-equipment training program designed for middle and high-school-aged athletes.

It's an introduction to strength and conditioning/sports performance training.

Duration:
6 weeks (divided into two, three-week cycles)

Frequency:
3 days/week (two full-body lifts, one aerobic conditioning session) 

Time:
40 minutes/session

Equipment needed:
2-3 pairs of dumbbells
Rings/Suspension Straps (e.g. TRX)
